  3. Attested College/University Diploma or degree certificate by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Bahrain Embassy.
  4. College/University Transcript of Records/mark list of whole years of study.
  5. Professional Registration license and renewal (if applicable).
  6. Good Standing Certificate issued by the licensing authority of the country where the applicant last practiced (valid within 6 months).
  7. Updated Resume.
  8. Work experience certificates.
  9. Verification report through Dataflow or Quadrabay for all qualifications, full experience, good standing certificate, and license.
  10. Job offer or offer letter from the prospective employer in Bahrain.

The application process involves verification of documents through Dataflow or Quadrabay. Once the data flow is completed, the applicant receives an invitation from the facility through the electronic system (munshaat.NHRA.bh). The applicant then signs up and completes the application request by uploading all required documents, paying the application submission fees of 20 BD.

For certain professionals, an examination may be required, but there are exemptions for individuals with higher specialization qualifications, Bahraini or GCC nationals with a valid GCC License, or those with five years of clinical experience. The Bahrain Nursing Licensure Examination (BNLE) may be exempted for non-GCC nationals who have passed equivalent licensure exams within the GCC.

After successful application and approval, the applicant receives a letter addressed to the Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA). If approved, the applicant must submit additional documents, such as a copy of CPR and a health fitness certificate from a licensed facility in Bahrain, to obtain the license.

License fees vary depending on the profession, ranging from 50 to 100 BD. For assistance or inquiries, individuals can contact NHRA through specific email addresses related to their profession or visit the NHRA office at the provided address in Manama, Bahrain.

As licensing processes and requirements may change, it’s essential to verify the information with official sources or NHRA directly for the most up-to-date instructions.
