CGFNS OR INTERNATIONAL VERIFICATION FOR YOUR SCFHS LICENSE HOW TO PROCESS?

As a health care professional, it is so hard to get form filled for your International verification purpose. In this blog we can see how we can do CGFNS verification for Saudi council license.

Steps of Process:

1. Click on Tawasul mumaris plus-https://scfhs.org.sa/en/tawasul#tawasol-form
2. Select classification and registration services
3. Select verification request
4. Enter your application number -SCFHS number
5. Iqama number , mobile number , email id
6. Answer question-Are you registered in SCFHS-yes and enter your scfhs license number
7. Request details-just you can mention like : I am hereby attaching CGFNS verification form for verifying my Saudi Council License. Kindly fill out this form and then mail to CGFNS, The address is located at the bottom part of last page”. Thank you.
8. Attach documents-cgfns form to be filled, your Saudi license copy
9. Submit request
10. You will get a tawasul request number for your ticket. you can search status by checking on that ticket number.https://scfhs.org.sa/en/tawasul#tawasol-form
11. Within 5 business days -SCFHS will email you for the instructions on how to process your verification request including your payments.
12. You will get mail from SCFHS like this” A payment bill number———-has been issued for the verification form . Kindly respond the ticket after completing the payemnt process and attach the receipt ,And as we are aiming to have continuous improvement for our service–survey link is given
13. Payemnt bill amount of 150 SAR , has to pay through SADAD payment. Send screen shot of payment by mail. After one week you will recieve verification form .
14. If you are in Saudi Arabia, Print the form ,Please visit SCFHS main office after making this payment and receiving mail, and ask them to provide filled form in a stamped envelop. License also to be stamped . Stamp will be on the closing flip on the envelop. Then you can post to CGFNS address near by courier services. It will cost around 250 SAR.
15. But If you are in abroad, what to do?. Only way I can say request Saudi council to send verification form filled soft copy to cgfns mail. [email protected]
16. Verification will be done for expired scfhs license also.
