6. Course completion/conduct certificate
7. Passport size photo with whitebackground
8. Passport copy -frontand back
9. Permanent Indian address
10. Email id, Indian mobile number
11. Passing certificate /provisional certificate
12. MNC login details if you have
13. Signature proof in white paper
14. Complete Authority address to which Good standing to be send

Foreign Verifictaion/CGFNS Verification Certificate:
