Documents Required for Good standing:

Online video call has to be done by candidate:

1. SSLC (10^th) certificate
2.  Final year marks card
3. KSNC Registration Certificate-Initial copy and renewed (if any)
4. Course completion certificate from school/college.
5. Degree certificate(convocation/final)-not provisional degree
6. passport front and back page
7. Address of the authority to send good standing certificate
8. Application form which is filled in KSNC site
9. KSNC verification payment receipt

Documents Required for Foreign Verification:

Online video call has to be done by candidate:

1. SSLC (10^th) certificate
2.  Final year marks card
3. KSNC Registration Certificate-Initial copy and renewed (if any)
4. Course completion certificate from school/college.

6. passport front and back page
7. Address of the authority to send the foreign verification filled form courier
8. Foreign verification form signed by applicant -the form which the council has to fill-take colour copy
9. Application form which is filled in KSNC site for verification
10. KSNC verification payment receipt

Documents Required for Registration Renewal:

• Candidate has to visit council directly and show original certificates
• Original KSNC registration certificate. (Initial and renewed copy)
• Aadhar card
• Passport front and back—if abroad visa page also
• Still working experience -if working in abroad
• Experience certificate from Karnataka, still working or offer letter from Karnataka
• 10^th and 12^th grade certificates
• BSC /GNM/MSC -all year marksheets
• Passport size photo
• Degree/Diploma/Master’s degree certificate

Application process steps for KSNC verification:

• Log in KSNC website-some country the site is not opening. E.g.: UAE site is not opening.
• Fill all personal information and apply for foreign verification/good standing
• Make payment for verification and take printout of application and payment receipt
• Take appointment in KSNC site
• Once you get KSNC appointment date and time ,then you have to take  screenshot of that and save it
• Download free conference application in your lap/pc/mobile
• You have to make sure that you must know your appointment id number, mail id registered with KSNC, phone number given at KSNC, and your register number. Usually, officials will ask this information.
• Call to KSNC number–    +916361153479. After making phone call to KSNC at the appointment time, then they will inform you to send all documents which is listed above to KSNC mail id from your registered mail id.
• Mail id of KSNC——[email protected]
• From KSNC, they will send you a link, open it and connect to video call. Officials will take your digital photo on the screen. Make sure the place you are seating is well lighted and your video and audio system is working properly with your device.
• After that they will bind up the video call and will inform, they will do the needful
• From KSNC once application process complete, they will mail to the concerned department
• Kindly  request them to send a soft copy for those who are applying for  good standing to gulf  countries, as most of the places candidate has to upload soft copy of good standing and some authority not accepting courier as part of paperless strategy policy. So please request for that also when you make a call.
