If candidate is there in Srilanka, you must go to Srilanka nursing council. You will get one application form set .You have to fill and attach all certificates copy and original certificate show to council if tehy ask to do so. Have to pay around 5000 Srilankan rupees, you will get receipt. The good standing certificate wills end directly to DHA.
But what you will do if you are outside country?.
You have to give letter of authorization , declaration form and another form set .In that 1 form has to fill by us, So our friend can courier it. Other forms we have to certify from srilankan embassy (seal) around 25 Aed it cost. After fill all these certificates original certificate has to courier to nursing council . After checking everything , if all documents are perfect within 7 to 15 days tehy will provide good standing certificate. Hard copy of GSC will be provided to authorized person.
