a. Good Standing Certificate Application process:
Applicant should have permanent registration with KSMC. Permanent registration historydata as well as additional registration history (if any) to be entered before applying GoodStanding
Documents Required for Good Standing Certificate – For applicants who have permanent registration with TCMC (Fee- Rs.5000/-):
a) Copy of the Permanent Registration Certificate issued from this Council.
b) Copy of Additional registration Certificate(s) issued from this Council
The entries in the application is same as in the Registration Certificate.
*Certificates can be download from Application login.Certificates are only allowed for one-time download.
How to apply for good standing steps:
- When creating profile, you must select the option “I have Permanent Registration with KSMC” and enter your KSMC permanent registration number.
- Login to the portal using registered email id and password.
- If you are logging in for the first time, you will be asked to enter Permanent and Additional Registration history details. For details of how to enter Permanent and Additional
history, please refer to the section : How to enter KSMC registration history.
Note : If you haven’t entered registration history details, NOC and Good Standing links will not be enabled. - Go to Apply-> Good Standing from left menu
- Select the purpose for applying Good standing certificate
- Upload the supporting documents mentioned
- Submit the application by clicking Submit button
- Make payment using Proceed to pay button
- If payment is successful, then your application will be submitted to KSMC and processed.
You can track the status of your application by going to View Applications page
b. Registration Renewal Process:
Documents Required for RENEWAL / UPDATE Certificate:
1) Copy of the Permanent Registration Certificate issued from this Council.
2) Passport photo affixed on plain paper and attested by Kerala
Government Gazetted Officer with Name, Designation and Office Seal
3)Original TCMC Registration Certificate
4)Copy of Aadhar/Passport/Election ID attested by Kerala Gazetted Officer with Name, Designation and Office Seal (If change inaddress )
5)Photo
6)Self addressed envelop with sufficient stamp
Fees
Modern Medicine – Rs.10000/-
Homoeo — Rs.3000/-
Indian System of Medicine — Rs.2000/-(Those who are not renewed the old certificate (hand written Certificate) in the prescribed time , a fine of Rs.600/- +if the hand written certificate is not renewed with in 5 years after the issuance Rs.100/- for each year should pay in addition to the normal
fee)
c. No Objection Certificate:
Documents Required for No Objection Certificate – For applicants who have permanent registration with TCMC(Fees Rs.1500/-)
NOC for Other State Council
Applicant should have permanent registration with KSMC. Permanent registration history data as well as additional registration history (if any) to be entered before applying NOC for Other State Council
How to apply?
1.When creating profile, you must select the option “I have Permanent Registration with KSMC” and enter your KSMC permanent registration number.
2.Login to the portal using registered email id and password.
3.If you are logging in for the first time, you will be asked to enter Permanent and Additional Registration history details. For details of how to enter Permanent and Additional history, please refer to the section : How to enter KSMC registration history.
Note : If you haven’t entered registration history details, NOC and Good Standing links will not be enabled.
4.Go to Apply-> NOC from left menu
5.Select the council for which NOC is required in the application page
6.Upload the supporting documents mentioned
7.Submit the application by clicking Submit button
8.Make payment using Proceed to pay button
9.If payment is successful, then your application will be submitted to KSMC and processed. You can track the status of your application by going to View Applications page.
Note:
In case of Homoeo and Ayurveda Cancelled NOC, original KSMC Permanent and Additional Registration certificates needs to be surrendered so that KSMC registration stands cancelled in order to obtain NOC.
a) Copy of the Permanent Registration Certificate issued from this Council.
b) Copy of Additional registration Certificate(s) issued from this Council
c) NOC or non utilisation/non registration certificate from the State Medical Council to whom NOC issued previously from this council(if applicable)
d) For ISM and Homoeo
(1) Request from from concerned Applicant
(2) Original TCMC Certificate
e)Affidavit in specified format in non judicial Stamp paper worth Rs. 200/- (Format published in website)[Original Affidavit along with signed acknowlegement print of online application should submit before “Registrar, TCMC, Trivandrum”.
(Applicants comes under ISM and Homoeo should submit the documents along with signed online registration form to this office with in 7 days after final submission)
- Applicants can download Certificates from their login. Certificates are only allowed for one-time download.
Documents Required for Provisonal No Objection Certificate –(Fee Rs.1500/-)
1) NOC form State Council
2)NOC from University Concerned
3)NOC from College
4) NOC from the institute where the applicant want to do CRRI in Kerala
5) Copy of the Provisonal Certificate issued from this Council. - Applicants can download Certificates from their login. Certificates are only allowed for one-time download
D. Additional Registration application:
Documents Required for Additional Registration – For applicants who have permanent registration with TCMC:
1) Attested copy of Additional qualification certificate from University
2) Self attested copy of TCMC Permanent Registration certificate
3)NOC from concerned State Council (If studied /registered outside Kerala)
4)Self addressed envelop with sufficient stamp
Normal Fees : Rs.2000/- (Applied with in 3 years after issuing the additional certificate by the University followed by declaration of result)
Late Fee
: Above 3years Fine Rs.4000/- + Fees Rs.2000/-
: Beyond 5 years Fine Rs.5000/- + Fees Rs.2000/-
