In this blog, we will walk you through the procedure for transferring your license from MOH (Ministry of Health) to DHA (Dubai Health Authority).

Required Documents for License Transfer:

Before beginning the license transfer process, make sure you have the following documents :

1. Passport copy
2. Photograph with a white background
3. Degree/Diploma certificate
4. Transcript or mark list
5. High school or Higher secondary certificate
6. Home country license (Initial copy and renewed)
7. MOH License card
8. Experience certificates from MOH facilities (not less than 6 months)
9. Other experience certificates
10. NOC from the current facility (if you are still employed)
11. Good standing certificate from MOH
12. Basic Life Support (optional for some professionals)
13. Professional CV
14. Old dataflow Report

Procedure for License Transfer:

1. Sign up for a DHA account.
2. Perform an eligibility check to ensure you meet the requirements for the DHA license.
3. Apply for Dataflow using the old dataflow report from MOH, and undergo additional dataflow verification for your MOH License and experience.
4. Apply for exam exemption once the dataflow process is completed.
5. Submit the application along with the required documents.
6. Make the payment for the DHA eligibility letter.
7. Once your DHA eligibility letter is issued, you can begin searching for job opportunities under DHA facilities.
8. If you receive an offer letter from a DHA facility, the facility will apply for your DHA license.

Note: Please be aware that if you have previously attempted the DHA exam and failed, you may not be eligible for license transfer. In such cases, you will need to prove your capability to pass the exam before proceeding with the transfer.
