Dr. Al-Halees was presented with the 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award by the American College of Cardiology (ACC).

Throughout a medical career spanning nearly five decades (48 years), Dr. Al-Halees has successfully performed more than 25,000 surgeries both within Saudi Arabia and abroad. His career is marked by several significant milestones:
