Documents Required for Process:

Registration Renewal of DNC certificate:

Note:  Renewal will only be done for the nurses who are employed in the state of Delhi.
Renewal of Registration will be done for 5 years.

1. Passport Size photo (Frontal view) and Signature
2. 10th and 12th class Pass certificate. (School leaving).
3. Mark sheets of all three / four years examination issued by Council/Exam Board/Universities.
4. Diploma certificate / degree From Examination Board / Nursing Council / University.
5. DNC Registration certificate (Front & Back)
6. Acquisition of 30 (thirty) CREDIT HOURS per year i.e. 150 Hours in 5 years gained by means of attending continuing education programmes and workshops.
7. Certificates of continuing education programme or workshops attended
8. Proof of being employed in Delhi since last one year.
9. AADHAAR CARD IS MANDATORY.

Foreign Verification /CGFNS verification:

Procedure for verification of the registration for sending to overseas licensing/and /or registration councils

1. Write and upload an application addressed to the registrar of the Delhi Nursing Council on a plain paper quoting your address, Tel No. and Registration No. of Delhi Nursing Council.
    
2. Upload duly attested photocopies of the following documents.
   • Xth and XIIth certificate having candidates name, Fathers Name and Date of Birth.
   • Registration certificate, Diploma certificate, Degree (Both Side).
   • Mark Sheets of GNM/B.Sc. Nursing.
   • Delhi Nursing Council registration certificates both sides.
   • Experience & Conduct certificate issued by the employer.
3. Online Payment of verification fee as prescribed.
4. Copy of your AADHAAR/PR/Driving License of other Countries/Passport of other Countries/Work Permit.
5. Passport Copy
6. Overseas Council form(If applicable)
7. DNC login details

P.S. The council takes Fifteen to Thirty days to issue the letter of verification for the respective overseas body/organization. .

Procedure for NOC for Registration with other state nursing councils

1. Apply NOC online : https://delhinursingcouncil.in
    
2. Send the original Delhi Nursing Council registration certificate along with NOC confirmation page.

P.S. The council takes Fifteen to Thirty days to issue the letter of NOC for the respective Council. The NOC will be sent to the respective council and copy of NOC to candidate by email
