- Visit official website of Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna, www.bnrcpatna.com.
- Click on tab Apply for Credential Verification/Attestation/Good Standing Certificate.
- Sign up with following information.
a. Name:
b. Date of Birth:
c. Email id: (User Name)
d. Password: - Fill application form.
- Complete payment process.
- Print filled application form and Payment receipt.
- Take attestation and declaration from concerning training institute on prescribe space in the application form.
- Submit Application form with following self attested certificate or document.
a. Copy of Matriculation Marks sheet and Certificate.
b. Copy of Intermediate Marks sheet and Certificate.
c. Copy of Admit card of nursing examination.
d. Copy of Marks sheet of all nursing examination.
e. Copy of Course Completion Certificate.
f. Copy of Mark sheet of Internship examination.
g. Copy of Registration Certificate
h. Copy of Diploma Certificate.
i. Copy of Aadhar Card / Voter Identity Card/ Pan Card.
j. Recommendation letter issued from current practice institution for Credential Verification/Attestation/Good Standing Certificate.
k. Sir,i neha kumari has passed bsc nursing from himalaya college of nursing patna.i wrongfully applied for transfer registration in place of new registration and paid fee of rs 4000.how this mistake can be corrected. I am not been able to register fresh as my aadhar no. Is already registered in transfer registration form.please help me.
