Abu Dhabi: The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has announced a special visa incentive aimed at attracting more Indian tourists to the emirate.
Under the initiative, Indian passport holders booking eligible Abu Dhabi holiday packages through DCT-approved travel agencies will receive a UAE entry visa free of charge. The offer will remain available until October 31, with the benefit initially limited to 20,000 visas.
To qualify for the free visa, travellers must be Indian passport holders departing from India and must book a holiday package that includes a minimum stay of three consecutive nights at a hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Travellers must also have a confirmed return flight ticket to India.
The scheme is available only for holiday packages booked through designated travel agencies participating in the programme. Travellers applying independently for a UAE visa will not be eligible for the free visa benefit.
Participating travel agencies can process eligible bookings through destination management companies authorised by DCT Abu Dhabi.
The initiative is expected to make Abu Dhabi holiday packages more attractive and affordable for Indian travellers while supporting the emirate’s efforts to strengthen tourism from the Indian market.
