Under the new system, foreigners can visit the UAE without requiring sponsorship or a host within the country.This long-term visa allows travellers to enter and leave the UAE multiple times during a five-year period. It is expected to provide greater convenience and flexibility for tourists, families, and frequent travellers.The decision will also help expand tourism opportunities in the UAE.

Application Procedure
- Log in to the official website and select the “Tourist Visa” category.
- Enter the required personal details.
- Upload the requested documents.
- Pay the visa fee and processing charges online.
- After submission, track the application status through email or the online portal.

- Passport copy: The passport should have at least six months’ validity.
- Photograph: A recent colour photograph meeting the required specifications.
- Bank statement: Usually, a bank statement for the previous six months may be required to demonstrate financial stability.
- Insurance: Valid health insurance coverage for the UAE.
