Four Malayali nurses were among five people honoured with the Mother Teresa Memorial Charity International Award for their dedicated service and humanitarian work, including their contributions during crisis situations such as the Sudan conflict.

M. Aneesha Priya
M. Aneesha Priya, who works under the health sector in Kuwait, was honoured for her remarkable service to the Malayali community and patients, especially during the COVID-19 period. Her work in hospitals and the healthcare sector in Kuwait has been widely appreciated.
Diva Biju
Diva Biju, a nurse at Dubai Hospital, was also selected for the award. She has been serving in the nursing field for many years and is recognised for her dedication and contribution to the healthcare sector in Dubai.
The award highlights the selfless service, commitment, and humanitarian contributions of Malayali nurses working across different countries.
