Self Attested copies of the following documents:

1. Application form to be taken from Goa Nursing Council (Rs.50/-)
2. Original Registration Certificate.(Do not laminate)
3. Xerox of Registration Certificate
4. Demand draft of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in favor of Goa Nursing Council, Bambolim-Goa.

Procedure for Overseas verification outside India:
* Note: Verification process for out of Country will not be processed without one year experience in the Goa state.

Documents Required:

1. Application Letter-Write and submit an application addressed to the Registrar of Goa Nursing Council on a plain paper quoting your address, Tel No. and Registration No. of Goa Nursing Council.
2. GNC Registration Certificate-Clear photocopy of the certificate issued by GNC.
3. Transcript along with declaration of character from the institute passed out.
4. Clinical work experience (along with date) till now.
5. Current work proof along with character declaration.
6. NOC from current workplace.
7. Character declaration from current work place.
8. Medical fitness Government or private Hospital.
9. Affidavit OR Police Clearance Certificate from advocate stating candidate has no criminal record and legal proceedings.
10. Practical Record Book of all 3 or 4 years from the institution.
11. Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.2500/- in favor of Goa Nursing Council, Bambolim Goa.

P.S. The council takes Fifteen to Thirty days to issue the letter of verification for the respective Authority/Organization. The candidate or representative of the candidate with letter of authority within or after Fifteen to Thirty days can collect candidate’s own copy in the sealed envelope if so desired. The Verification will be sent to the respective councils by speed post. The GNC will not take the responsibility of delay, any damage, loss in postal transition of the sealed envelope.
