Documents Required for the process
The first step in the DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License Application Process for Specialist doctors is collecting all the required documents, such as educational certificates, professional qualifications, work experience certificates, and any other relevant paperwork. Attend Prometric/oral exam:
If you wish to take the exam first, you can proceed with booking it. The type of exam you need to take depends on your professional title, either a Prometric exam or an oral exam. The exam’s validity is 5 years, and you are allowed a total of 3 attempts. If you do not pass after all three attempts, you must wait for 2 years before attempting again. The passing score for the exam is 65%. The duration of the exam is 165 minutes, and the number of questions varies based on your specialization, ranging from 100 to 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Make sure to be well-prepared for the exam.
Apply for eligibility letter:
Once you have successfully passed the exam and completed all other requirements, you can apply for the eligibility letter.
Search for a job:
With the eligibility letter in hand, you can start searching for a job in Dubai. When you find an employer willing to hire you, they will activate your DHA license on your behalf for 1 year, and it can be renewed based on terms and conditions.

DHA DATA FLOW DEPENDS ON YOUR DOCUMENTS : The normal amount for the data flow process is 1600 AED. However, the data flow amount can vary depending on the number of documents that need to be processed. In some cases, certain authorities may require an extra payment to provide a reply to the data flow team. Sometimes, this additional payment is included in the initial data flow payment, while in other cases, a separate payment link will be sent to your email. It’s essential to be aware of these possibilities and be prepared for any additional fees that may arise during the data flow process.
