Steps of the Process:
- Dataflow Verification of Documents (PSV)
- Mumaris Professional Registration
- Professional Classification
- Prometric Exam after Obtaining Eligibility ID
- Activation of License by Employer after Receiving Offer Letter from Saudi Arabia
Documents Required for Mumaris Registration:
- Educational documents – Diploma/Degree/Specialization – Convocation certificates
- Mark list of the whole year of study and transcript of study (If you don’t have a transcript, mark list is acceptable)
- Health license registration certificate from the home country and the last working country (if applicable). The license registration should be valid. If it is expired, renew it and submit both documents.
- Employment certificate signed by the hospital director or Human Resource manager. Please provide a contact email address and phone number in the experience certificate for the data flow team to contact the employer.
- Higher secondary certificate
- Passport (International)
- Passport size photograph
- Resume
- Good conduct certificate (if applicable)
- Basic life support certificate (if applicable)
What are the requirements for Professional Classification?
Professional Classification and Requirements:
1- A copy of the qualification to be classified.
2- The certificate of Internship.
3- The academic record.
4- A copy of the clinical training completion certificate for qualifications that contain training.
5- Equivalence of academic certificates from the Ministry of Education for certificates issued from outside the Kingdom.
6- A copy of the license/Professional Registration from the medical boards accredited in the applicant’s country, or a certificate of experience if the license/ Professional Registration is not available in the country.
7- A copy of the qualification certificates, experience certificates, Registration and Professional licensing certificates from the country of origin, issued by the authenticating Company (for non-Saudis).
8- A copy of the national ID for Saudis or the passport for non-Saudis.

Fees for Mumaris SCFHS Application Process:
- Dataflow Verification – Primary source verification fee: Completely depends on the number of documents to be verified. Normal amount is 1100 SAR. If you have any additional document, it costs 310 SAR for each document.
- Mumaris Registration – Professional registration fee: 200 SAR
- Prometric Exam booking fee: 289 USD
- Professional Classification hyper pay license fee: 200 SAR
These are the fees for nurses. There may be slight differences in the fees for doctors and allied healthcare professionals.
