🔹 Provide evidence you’ve not engaged in conduct warranting disciplinary action.
🔹 Notify the Board immediately if any personal info (e.g., name or address) changes. Provide legal proof for name changes (e.g., marriage certificate).

✅ Step 4: Criminal Background Check (CBC)
After submitting your application:
- You will receive a fingerprint packet via email from the CBC Program Office.
- Submit fingerprints as soon as possible by following the instructions.
- This CBC is specific to the Minnesota Board and must be done even if you’ve completed other checks elsewhere.
✅ Step 5: Register for the NCLEX-RN
You must register with Pearson VUE to take the NCLEX-RN and pay the test fee.

Once your registration is complete and the Board deems you eligible, you’ll receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) by email. ATT is valid for 90 days.
