- Good standing certificate from the last working country authority and home country authority (validity for good standing is usually 6 months)
- Experience certificate with HR or hospital director seal and signature on the hospital or clinic letterhead.

- Dataflow Transfer:
- Transfer the Dataflow report you obtained from DHA to DOH using the DOH Dataflow website (https://www.dfdoh.com/).
- Link Dataflow Report to TAAM Website:
- Download UAE Pass from the Play Store and use the same email ID that you used for Dataflow transfer to log in to UAE Pass.
- Sign in to your TAAM account using UAE Pass and link the new Dataflow report received under the DOH case number.
- Credentialing Process:
- Apply for the credentialing process on the Department of Health’s website.
- Upload all the required documents and pay the application fee of 110 AED.
- Wait for Exam Approval:
