- This service is for the licensed DHA physicians and Dentists to apply for part time license in order to work in Dubai health care facilities beside the full-time license.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLYING PART TIME LICENSE:
- Valid passport and visa
- Recent passport size photograph with white back ground
- No objection certificate (NOC) from current facility—stamped and signed by medical director or authorized person. Must not older than 3 months.
- Recent job offer letter from the hiring facility-letter not older than 3 months including professional title, facility stamp, and signature of medical director or authorized person.
- Malpractice insurance for health care professional-from the hiring health care facility
- Log book for the recent last 2 years -for surgical specialities who are applying for hospital and day surgical centres. Stamped and signed by medical director or authorized person.
- Data flow report-positive reports
- Medical fitness test -if applicant age was 65 and above. Should be conducted by medical fitness centre-DHA
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PART TIME PERMISSIONS:
- General practitioner/general dentist-1
- Specialist-non surgical specialities-2
- Specialist-surgical specialities-4
- Consultant-surgical/non-surgical specialities—4
- Specialist/consultant in the position of medical director—2
- Specialist under supervision /registrar-1
NOTES:
- Part time license is valid for 1 year can be renewed 3 months prior expiry date.
- Cancelling or transferring the full-time license will result in cancellation of all part time licenses
- You have to make sure that the facility you are opting to work for has their speciality listed and licensed by DHA
- If facility name that applicant is applying for is not shown it means that the facility need to add professional speciality and then applicant can issue the part time license

- Fill and upload all necessary documents
- Add the facility details
- Make license payment
- DHA will review and approve by DHA
- Within 5-7 days you will get your license issued.
