Steps To Obtain Professional Accreditation Certificate
Please Note: If you have a Qualification Degree from Oman or Equivalency Certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education, Research & Innovation in the Sultanate of Oman, there is no need to verify the bachelor’s degree by the verification companies. Please move on to the Second Step.
First Step
1) Verify the Bachelor’s degree by one of the accredited verification companies (only if the degree is from outside Oman).
•Required documents for verification include: Bachelor’s degree certificate, passport, and transcript.
• The verification process takes up to 21 working days or more.
• To request verification, please contact one of the following auditing companies: DataFlow or QuadraBay (below are videos showing how to apply for the verification report).
After obtaining verification report or equivalency certificate, please proceed to the next step.
Second Step
1) Register through the OSE Website and attach all required documents which are listed below:
• Personal photo
• Copy of resident card or passport
• Copy of bachelor’s degree certificate
• Verification report from one of the verification companies (if the degree is from outside Oman)
• Copy of your transcript
• Experience certificates from graduation until now, including job descriptions.
• Payment of the registration fee (35 OMR). The advance payment is non-refundable.

2) After attaching all required documents and payment of the fee (35 OMR), the file will be reviewed and referred to the committee. The approval process takes 14 working days.
