- Conduct specialist and risk assessments for children, adolescents, and families with complex mental health issues.
- Utilize expertise in child development, family dynamics, and adolescent disorders.
- Provide clinical services based on multidisciplinary team input and complex case assessments.
- Deliver effective therapeutic interventions (individual, family, or group).
- Work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage caseloads, including planning, treatment, and evaluation of interventions.
- Collaborate with parents, considering sensitive and complex issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with external agencies, ensuring consent and confidentiality.
