National Council of State Boards of Nursing(NCSBN) is an independent organization which regulated all nursing regulatory bodies and counsel together. Each state has its regulatory bodies who decides what is the application process. So the application journey will differ with each nursing board in US.

Application process
- After reviewing the documents and CGFNS or other credential verification reports , board will send you mail for exam booking.
- After passing exam submit exam score report and apply for license process.
- You will get NCLEX license which can be renewed even though if you are not working in USA
